The hotel had a great location, with beautiful surroundings and easy access to the market. The staff was very kind and helpful, providing excellent service during our stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with nice views from the windows. Additionally, the inclusion of breakfast made our stay even more enjoyable.

There was just one minor issue during our stay, but overall everything was satisfactory.

Just walking distance from Place to Bee, where you can have lunch. In love with welbeck residency. Chilled-out base for vacation in Udagamandalam. We could easily park onsite.

Stayed here for Christmas with my family. The rooms were clean and well-maintained. The food was excellent and exceeded our expectations. The hotel was located in a key location, close to the market and other tourist attractions. The service provided by the staff was top-notch and they were friendly and helpful, making our stay very enjoyable.

That there was no fan or AC in the room, which made it difficult for us to sleep comfortably. the noise from outside was a bit loud and disturbing at times, which made it hard to relax.
